Automotive A/C Custom Hose Manufacturing

Automotive air conditioning systems use rubber hoses to connect the different components in the system so that vibrations and engine movement can be absorbed.

These hoses are constructed using a crimp fitting to connect the rubber hose to the metal component fittings. Due to the necessary design of the hoses, they often leak at the crimp joints or have holes rubbed through them from contact with another component.

Should this be the case, we are able to manufacture a brand new hose in-house using our state of the art equipment, often at a fraction of the cost of a factory replacement! Saving us time and you money!

Best service I've received in a long time. Mr Cool were absolutely faultless. Every aspect of my experience was excellent. I received an extremely fast, friendly and well priced quote (significantly lower than my first quote from Kia). I was able to get in for the repair almost immediately (after waiting well over a month to get in just for diagnosis from Kia).
