Team quickly identified that the knob had only seized up and just needed lubricant.

Visited the guys at Mr Cool to fix the AC on my beloved Holden Ute about 6 weeks ago, they were able to accommodate the extremely low stance on it by working from out the front of their shop which was a big relief for me. Repairs were explained, carried out quickly and reasonably priced, very happy, excellent service.

Had the parts on the shelf and could do the work on the same day.

Having survived the QLD heat with a faulty air conditioner for over 12 months with no resolve regarding the actual problem, took vehicle to Mr Cool. Got a Ford Ranger. Taken it to the dealership, was quoted an exuberant price for my air-condition to be fixed. A friend recommended Mr Cool. A lady named Margaret gave a friendly service. Got the air-con fixed the same day as drop off for approximately half the price as the dealership.

Mr Cool give old fashioned outstanding service. They refused to fix anything until they diagnose the problem and did not charge me when they could not find one. Much better result than the estimated $1,900 I was quoted to fix the issue. Customer for life.

Mr Cool repaired our system without charge (including replacement of major parts like the compressor) after a potentially faulty part caused a failure outside the warranty period. Callum always clearly explains what was found and what work has been done. Amazing service, beyond out expectations, and even vacuumed our dirty interior! Much appreciated guys!

Great customer service. I’ve had an on and off noise coming from my a/c. Of course the noise was happening when I dropped it off - Murphy’s law - they spent a lot of time to diagnose and didn’t charge me. Suggested I come back when the noise reoccurs. I would definitely recommend and come back.
